Cancellation Policy

Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We understand your time is valuable and so is ours. Therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent in advance to the contact information given at the time of booking.

If you are running late to your appointment please call the salon at 770-973-6901.

If you are running more than 15 minutes late please know there is a chance your appointment will need to be rescheduled or part of your service will not be able to be completed.

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will result in a $25 charge for haircuts and $50 charge for color services.

All no show/no calls will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled services.
