Cancellation Policy:
Please understand when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. We understand your time is valuable and so is ours. Therefore we request at least 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.
Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours will result in a $25 charge for haircuts and $50 charge for color services.
